CANCELLATION POLICY​​

  • 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, or client will be charged the full rate of the missed session

  • Cancellation policy is waived in the case of new illness or new COVID symptoms that occur the day of your appointment

 

If you know you are sick prior to your appointment day, please reschedule in advance so that your session slot may be filled. Excessive late-notice cancellations may revoke booking privileges.

ILLNESS POLICY
Reschedule your appointment if:
  • You are sick or have any symptoms of illness*
  • You have tested positive for COVID
  • Someone in your household has COVID
*Symptoms of illness include: fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, fatigue, or other COVID symptoms

FIRST-TIME CLIENTS​​

Health Intake Form 

  • You will receive a link via email before your appointment to fill out an intake form with your health history.

 

Arriving for Your Appointment

  • Parking spaces and massage studio are at the back of the property.​ There is a lavender address sign in the front yard, pull all the way down the long driveway to park.

  • As this is a residential area, please only arrive 5-10 minutes early for your session.

HEALTH PRECAUTIONS​​​​

  • Masks are optional, and if the clients wears a mask for the session, the Massage Therapist will as well

  • Massage Therapist is up-to-date with all available COVID vaccinations and booster shots

  • Air purifier and open window provide constant fresh airflow in the treatment room

  • Frequently-touched surfaces are disinfected throughout the day

  • Appointments are spaced apart to keep distance between clients
